You don't need to clear your mind.
You need to come back to it.
Guided meditation and breathwork for people who are moving too fast to notice they're burning out.
See What's IncludedThe Practice
I've recommended meditation to every single client I've ever worked with.
I started practicing Dharma and Vedic meditation in 2019. I've done it every day since, 20 minutes. That's not a flex. It's context for why it's the first thing I reach for when someone comes to me in chaos.
Here's what the science confirms, and what I've lived: meditation doesn't make your problems disappear. It changes how present you are to what's actually happening right now, instead of looping through what happened last year or spiraling about what might happen next month. That gap, between stimulus and response, is where clarity lives.
Most high-functioning people I work with aren't struggling because they lack ambition or intelligence. They're struggling because they've lost access to the present moment. Their nervous system is running on threat-response. Their decisions are being made from that state.
Meditation is how you come back. I'm not a meditation teacher by training. I'm a clarity coach who uses it as a central tool because it works, consistently, across every season of reinvention I've seen clients navigate.

Guided Meditation and Breathwork
A small group virtual class, held live on Google Meet. This is not a meditation class for people who already meditate. It's for people who know they should slow down and can't quite get themselves to do it, or who've tried and feel like they're doing it wrong.
The group moves through the session together in stages. The first few minutes are just arrival, not performance. Everyone's nervous system needs a moment to register that it's safe to downshift, and we create that space together.
What you walk away with isn't just a good session. It's a toolkit: a 2-minute reset breath you can use anywhere, a new relationship with your body as an early warning system, and permission to slow down without treating it like a productivity failure.

Personal Practice Session
A group session teaches you what meditation can feel like. A personal session builds the practice that actually fits your life.
We work together to figure out what to practice, when, and how to work with the resistance that comes up, because it will. We look at your schedule, your stress patterns, and what you're navigating right now, and build a practice around that, not a generic one.
This is not a guided meditation session. It's a coaching conversation with meditation at the center of it.
What we work on
- Building a consistent daily practice from scratch
- Working with a busy, resistant, or scattered mind
- Using meditation during high-stress or transitional periods
- Finding the right style of practice for how you're wired
- Sustaining the practice when life gets loud
Is This For You?
You don't have to be spiritual. You just have to be willing to stop for an hour.
This tends to land for people who are in some kind of transition. A career shift, a loss, a period of high output that's taken a toll. People who are used to solving problems by doing more, and are starting to suspect that's not working.
You don't need any meditation experience. You don't need to believe in anything. You need a quiet space, 60 minutes, and the willingness to follow along.
The science is on your side.
Meditation is measurable. It changes brain structure, stress hormones, and how your nervous system responds to pressure. This one-page reference breaks down 18 documented effects of a consistent practice, in plain language.
