Four Patterns. One Quiz.
Which one sounds like you?
Most habit problems fall into one of four patterns. The free quiz figures out which one is yours and where to start.
01
The Momentum Breaker
You're not lacking discipline. You're lacking a bridge.
You start strong, lose the thread on a hard week, and go back to zero instead of picking up where you left off.
02
The Clarity Seeker
You're not stuck. You're foggy.
You have goals but can't make them feel real enough to act on. The options feel overwhelming and none of them feel right.
03
The Dysregulated Doer
You're not inconsistent. Your nervous system is running the show.
You're disciplined at work and inconsistent everywhere else. The gap isn't motivation — it's your body running on too much stress for too long.
04
The Identity Seeker
The habit isn't the real block. You are in transition.
The life you're trying to build habits for doesn't fully feel like yours yet. You're figuring out who you are now, not who you were.
Who This Is For
You look capable from the outside.
Inside, something feels unsteady.
You're not falling apart. But you're not fully okay either.
That's exactly who this work is for.
- - A career that no longer fits
- - A relationship that ended and took your sense of self with it
- - An identity that needs rebuilding
- - Running on empty and calling it fine
- - Capable on paper, unanchored underneath

The Four Areas
Where the work happens.
These are the four habit domains I focus on. Specific enough to go deep. Related enough that progress in one almost always moves the others.
Exercise & Movement
Building a consistent movement practice when motivation has failed you before. We work with your actual life, not the version you think you should have.
Meditation & Healing
Learning to regulate from the inside out. Breathwork, meditation, and the daily practice of returning to yourself, especially when things get hard.
Substance Use & Smoking
Changing your relationship with alcohol, substances, or cigarettes. I work on the daily behavioral side: identifying triggers, building new patterns, and creating the structure that makes change possible. This works best alongside professional support, and I'll always say so when that's what's needed.
Technology & Screen Habits
The most normalized habit loop of our time. Reclaiming your attention is the foundation of almost every other change you want to make.
What Habit Guidance Is
This is not motivation. It's not accountability. It's not a program you white-knuckle through.
It's a steady, honest process of understanding your patterns and building the internal conditions for change.
You won't leave with a rule to follow.
You'll leave with a relationship with yourself that holds.
The Methodology
The Five Foundations
The principles behind every habit conversation. Not rules. The conditions that make change possible.
Presence Over Pressure
Start from where you are today, not where you think you should be.
Small Wins Compound
The boring thing you did on a Tuesday when nobody was watching is what actually changes your life.
Clarity Is Calming
Name the fog and it starts to lift. Most anxiety is not about what's happening. It's about not knowing what to do with it.
Regulate Before You Renovate
Steady the body before you redesign the life.
Made, Not Found
You don't find yourself. You make yourself, one choice at a time.
About Alex
I know what it feels like to know what you need to change and still not be able to change it.
After my marriage ended and my career followed, meditation was the first honest habit I built. Everything else rebuilt around it.
I became a habit guide because behavior change is the one thing most people never get real support for. Not accountability. Not a program. A steady hand through the actual process.
I'm a mindbodygreen Certified Health Coach. I work in the space between knowing and doing.

What Clients Say
Real people. Real rebuilding.
"A daily structure that holds even on hard weeks."
I had been operating at a high level for years and couldn't figure out why something still felt off. I knew what I needed to do. I just couldn't make myself do it consistently. Working with Alex was the first time someone helped me understand why, instead of just telling me to try harder.
Jen H."I came in discouraged and left with a real sense of what I'm capable of."
I had been stuck for a long time. Not falling apart visibly, but not okay underneath either. Alex didn't give me a program to follow. He helped me figure out what was actually in the way. I've kept the practice up on my own.
Anthony C."One session cut through more than months of trying to figure it out alone."
I knew what my goal was but kept spinning in the same place. He asks the right questions, the kind that make you realize the answer was already there.
Celine T.I am a certified health coach, not a licensed medical professional. My services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Habit guidance around substance use is behavioral support only and is not a substitute for addiction treatment, medical detox, or mental health care. If your situation requires clinical support, I will say so and refer you to the right resources.
